Refund policy

At Global Supply General Trading L.L.C we make sure to keep our products and ingredients quality at the highest possible standards. If you are however unhappy with your order, kindly contact us at for refunds under the following conditions:

  • Refunds are decided by the Global Supply General Trading L.L.C team with valid reasons
  • We will not accept requests more than 3 days after the purchase date
  • Cost of delivery, if any, will not be included in the refund
  • Refunds can and will only be made to the credit card that was used to process the purchase
  • Refunds for Cash-on-delivery orders are not accepted

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all products must be unopened and packed in the original delivery box, including any accessories, labels, free gifts, bonus item, and documentation shipped with the product and must be returned in original condition. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse return of items when it is obvious that hygiene measures have not been followed. If the product is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment excluding any shipping charges (other than the original shipping costs invoiced).
